"Un anno di attesa quando sei una ragazzina è un conto, a quasi trentadue può cambiare moltissimo. Però non rinuncerei alla mia ultima Olimpiade, non ho figli, non ho niente, non sarebbero dodici mesi in più di lavoro a cambiarmi la vita, andrei senza dubbio avanti. Certo, sarebbe da reimpostare tutto, fare un programma completamente diverso. La cosa positiva è che io non ho paura dei cambiamenti, però ce lo devono dire, e presto, navigare nel buio non va bene per nessuno".
