A 233 giorni dall'apertura ufficiale dei Giochi della XXXII Olimpiade, in programma dal 23 luglio all’8 agosto 2021 a Tokyo , il Comitato organizzatore dei Giochi e il CIO hanno ufficializzato le date per il " Ready Steady Tokyo 2020 " del nuoto, vale a dire il test event del Tokyo Aquatics Centre per quanto riguarda la nostra disciplina, l'evento è stato messo a calendario per il 24 e 25 aprile, il 26 aprile seguirà il test-event del nuoto paralimpico.
