USA Swimming ha ufficializzato che la terza tappa della TYR Pro Swim Series 2021 si svolgerà a Mission Viejo, California, dall'8 all'11 aprile, sede delle competizioni sarà il Marguerite Aquatic Center, il format della terza tappa prevede lo svolgimento delle finali al mattino e delle qualifiche alla sera, sulla falsa riga dei Giochi Olimpici di Tokyo, sono ammessi in gara 150 nuotatrici e 150 nuotatori.
