Il Comitato olimpico internazionale ha annunciato la composizione della Commissione di coordinamento dei Giochi della XXXV Olimpiade che si svolgeranno a Brisbane (AUS) nel 2032, che sarà presieduto da Kirsty Coventry, nuotatrice dello Zimbabwe con cinque partecipazioni e due vittorie ai Giochi.
"È un grande onore essere stata chiamata a guidare questa commissione e farò il possibile perché gli atleti siano al centro di questa Olimpiade" dichiara Coventry, che sarà coadiuvata da un team del quale farà parte anche la nostra Federica Pellegrini:
