Antonio José Silva fa sul serio. In vista dell'assemblea straordinaria della Lega europea di nuoto (LEN) che il prossimo 5 febbraio si riunirà per confermare o rinnovare l'attuale governance guidata da Paolo Barelli, il dirigente della Federnuoto portoghese ha pubblicato sulla pagina Facebook ufficiale del movimento Europe 4 All Aquatics il proprio manifesto programmatico basato sui quattro pilastri "Integrità, Accessibilità, Lavoro di squadra, Sostenibilità".
Ad oggi Da Silva ha ottenuto l'endorsement ufficiale di due federazioni: Portogallo e Croazia.
