Il sostegno finanziario diretto della FINA ha raggiunto 181 Federazioni Nazionali e tutte e 5 le federazioni continentali con 6.600.000 dollari impegnati per lo sviluppo, sono stati supportati 87 nuotatori attraverso il programma FINA Athlete Scholarship, 350 allenatori e 132 funzionari si sono qualificati attraverso la scuole di certificazione FINA e sono stati oltre 43.000 i partecipanti che hanno utilizzato le proposte formative della piattaforma FINA.
