Il Consiglio Internazionale dello Sport Militare (CISM) ha affidato l'organizzazione del 52° Campionato Mondiale Militare CISM in acque libere 2023 alle Forze Armate spagnole. L'organizzatore principale sarà la Guardia Civil spagnola, la competizione si svolgerà a Malaga dal 26 al 30 settembre.
