Che il rapporto tra Thomas Ceccon e il suo allenatore Alberto Burlina fosse speciale non è sicuramente una novità. L'atleta tesserato per le Fiamme Oro e la società Leosport ha sempre evidenziato come Alberto sia stato fino ad ora non solo un allenatore, ma una guida, un riferimento.
Inoltre è emerso come anche la società civile di appartenenza, la Leosport di Creazzo (VI) sia per lui una seconda famiglia, un ambiente nel quale è cresciuto come atleta e come persona e in cui si è sempre sentito accolto e accettato.
A dimostrazione che un campione è un'alchimia di moltissime componenti, che vengono sapientemente dosate e mescolate da un bravo allenatore.
