La FINA apre agli atleti, 2 stage di sei mesi (retribuiti) per l'organizzazione degli eventi acquatici 2022.
Possono candidarsi gli atleti che hanno gareggiato a livello internazionale negli ultimi quattro anni.

La FINA nell'intento di coinvolgere operativamente la figura dell'atleta all'ìnterno della sua organizzazione sportiva, ha pubblicato un bando per l'assegnazione di due posti di stagista-atleta, i vincitori saranno retribuiti e potranno affiancare per sei mesi lo staff FINA nell'organizzazione dei grandi eventi 2022, la partecipazione è riservata gli atleti che nel corso degli ultimi 4 anni hanno preso ai Campionati Mondiali in vasca lunga e corta o alle Olimpiadi.
Per candidarsi occorre inviare il proprio CV e una lettera di presentazione manifestando il proprio interesse per lo stage (massimo 500 parole) a hr@fina.org.
