Nel dicembre scorso la Federnuoto internazionale (FINA) - dopo 114 anni di storia - ha cambiato identità diventando " World Aquatics", ragione per cui gli organizzatori della 20esima edizione dei Campionati del Mondo di Fukuoka, evento in stand-by da qualche anno a causa del rinvio imposto dalla pandemia, hanno dovuto cambiare nome e parte del logo ufficiale della competizione.
