Dal 3 al 6 giugno a Berlino andranno in scena i Campionati nazionali tedeschi all'interno della manifestazione multi-disciplina (18 sport) denominata " Die Finals ", saranno in gara per il nuoto dodici nuotatori qualificati per i Giochi, non parteciperanno alla competizione berlinese i mezzofondisti Florian Wellbrock e Sarah Köhler perchè impegnati in allenamento collegiale con il tecnico Bernd Berkhahn nell'altura della Sierra Nevada.
