Domenica 16 ottobre a Barcellona presso il CAR Sant Cugat è in programma un convegno tecnico intitolato – JORNADA TÉCNICA “Road to Tokyo” – che prevede l’intervento di due tecnici di fama internazionale, il francese Fred Vergnoux mentore di Mireia Belmonte e head coach della nazionale iberica e il canadese Ben Titley, head coach del Canada ospite della nostra federnuoto nel 2017 a Torino, nella foto sotto.
Segue il programma degli interventi.
Sesión mañana: piscina exterior
- 10.30 -11.30h. Taller Mónica Solana, fisiotherapeuta RFEN. “La prevención de lesiones con los nadadores del CAR”.
- 11.30-12.30h. Entrenamiento de técnica con Marc Tribulietx, entrenador FCN y Andreu Roig, biomecánico CAR.
Sesión tarde: Aula olímpica
- 16- 17h. “La velocidad en la formación del nadador”. Ben Titley, Head Coach de Canadà.
- 17-18h. “Año Olímpico”. Mesa redonda con Fred Vergnoux, Head Coach RFEN.
