Come si può vedere, correre e nuotare nell'acqua calma è più o meno lo stesso: 5,47 contro 5,48 metri al secondo. Ma utilizzando la tecnica "delfino" si va molto più veloci: da 8,92 m/sec con acqua calma a 11,63 m/sec in favore di corrente. A questo link trovate un tutorial per padroneggiare questa tecnica.
