La LEN ha anticipato alcune dati del calendario continentale 2024, salvo la più importante, quella dei Campionati Europei in vasca lunga, riferimento fondamentale e piuttosto urgente in vista dei Giochi olimpici di Parigi e per la stesura del nostro del calendario nazionale federale. LEN informa di essere nella fase finale dell'assegnazione dell'evento e che a breve saranno comunicate data e sede.
Nel frattempo sono state ufficializzati i Campionati Europei Juniores di nuoto che si svolgeranno a Vilnius (LTU) dal 2 al 7 luglio, i Campionati Europei Juniores in acque libere che saranno ospitati da Eilat (ISR) dal 26 al 28 settembre e sono state confermate le seguenti tappe della LEN Open Water Swimming Cup (OWC).
LEN Open Water Swimming Cup
- Leg 1 – Eilat (ISR) il 16 marzo
- Leg 2 – Piombino (ITA) il 18 maggio
- Leg 4 – Belgrado (SRB) il 15 giugno
- Leg 5 – Ohrid (MKD) l'8 settembre
Le date della terza e sesta tappa saranno confermate e annunciate a breve.
