La Cina di Sun Yang nel corso del Congresso Nazionale del Popolo, svolto lo scorso sabato, ha formalizzato il crimine per doping, a partire dall'1 marzo 2021 la violazione del codice antidoping diventerà un crimine punibile per legge fino a tre anni di reclusione con sanzioni e multe ancora più incisive per chi organizza e costringe gli atleti a utilizzare sostanze vietate.
Cosa potrebbe succedere a Sun Yang qualora il TAS di Losanna dovesse; nell'ipotesi della ripetizione del processo “ WADA vs Sun Yang e Fina ” a Febbraio 2021, confermare la squalifica per doping?
