Nel corso di una diretta sul sito internet del quotidiano La Stampa , la Ministra dell'interno Luciana Lamorgese precisa che ristoratori ed esercenti "certo non sono tenuti a chiedere la carta d'identità e faremo una circolare come Viminale per spiegare che non sono tenuti a farlo".
Il gestore dell'impianto sportivo dovrà quindi provvedere all'osservanza delle misure anti-Covid richiedendo l'esibizione della Certificazione verde Covid-19 (Green pass) ma non di un documento di identità, non rivestendo il ruolo di pubblico ufficiale.
Andare in piscina esibendo il Green pass sarà quindi "come andare al cinema e mostrare il biglietto", sempre per usare le parole di Lamorgese.
Un'incombenza di meno, quindi, e una semplificazione delle procedure di accesso.
