Concluse, presso l'Indiana University Natatorium di indianapolis, le batterie della quarta e penultima giornata di gara dei 2025 National Championships, evento valido per la selezione del team che parteciperà ai Campionati del mondo di Singapore.

DAY 4 BATTERIE. Il sedicenne Luka Mijatovic (2009) nuota il miglior crono delle batterie di qualificazione dei 400 stile libero con il tempo di 3.45.89 (decimo al mondo), nelle semifinali dei 200 stile libero aveva nuotato 1.45.92, ma non ha poi centrato nella finale la qualificazione per Singapore chiudendo la prova in settima posizione con 1.46.39. Nella medesima prova femminile Katie Ledecky nuota 4.03.16. I migliori nei 100 rana sono stati Kate Douglass con 1.06.27 e Josh Matheny con 59.80, si qualifica per la finale "A" la 47enne Gabrielle Rose con 1.08.54, già olimpica ad Atlanta 1996 e Sydney 2000 . Regan Smith nuota il miglior tempo dei 100 dorso con 58.06, alla caccia della sua prima vittoria a Indianapolis dopo l'argento nei 50 e 200 dorso, fra gli uomini milgior tempo per il ventenne Daniel Diehl (53.33).
