DAY 5 - RISULTATI
BATTERIE: 100 stile libero con Simone Manuel che nuota il sesto tempo utile per le semifinali (54.47), la migliore è stata Abbey Weitzel (53.52). Annie Lazor a 2.23.63 nei 200 rana con Lilly King a 2.25.82, 31esima con 2.31.26 la 16enne Lidia Jacoby al pass olimpico ieri sui 100 rana (1.05.28). Michael Andrew, come nei 100 rana, sigla subito un crono importante anche nei 200 misti (1.56.25), secondo prestazione mondiale stagionale, al touch finale precede il fuoriclasse 36enne Ryan Lochte in gara nella medesima batteria (1.58.48), il pluri-medgaliato olimpico è alla caccia della sua quinta olimpiade.
